This year will be my first year doing MerMay, so please like and follow if you like mermaids!

I am now working to be a full-time artist and hoping I can make a living off of my work. So if you enjoy my work, I would really appreciate it if you could like and share it.

At the end of the challenge, I will be putting my work up for sale. Those who have subscribed to my email list will have first dibs for the piece of their choosing. After, they will be displayed for sale at a local show before finally being open to the public worldwide.

I’ve been playing around with crafts and such for the past year and now I’m working on paper puppet dolls. This is still a prototype, but I’m almost there! I’d like to add it as a download to my shop (instructions would be included). Would anyone be interested?

I haven't been active on here lately, but I'm hoping to change that a bit.

I've decided I'm going to dedicate more time and focus on my art more as a business now (I was before, but I've been reading/learning some things and feel more professional/confident about it now than before? Hard to explain). Anyways... I've set up an e-mail autoresponder for anyone who likes my work and wants to make sure they never miss out on anything (this can include announcing my shop, getting first dibs, maybe some discounts conventions and events I'll be at, etc...). As celebration, I am hosting a sticker giveaway! Just sign up for my e-mails, color in my latest piece (Princess Serenity) and post/tag me on social media! (the link to download the coloring page appears in the first confirmation e-mail you get)

The sticker itself is my "Fight like a Magical Girl" which isn't available yet to purchase, but hoping down the road I can make it my first item in my shop. <3 It sparkles and is a great gift or reminder to you, that you are special, and while you may work hard or struggle, you can do it (great to put it on your notebook for the class that's most challenging to you!) ^^; So far, there are no entries, but if you do enter, remember to tag me and use the #ColorwithChi so that I and others can take a look at your work! :D An important note to take (VERY IMPORTANT), is to check your spam folder once you sign up AND WHITELIST ME. Since I don't have many subscribers yet, Google and other sites think I'm just trying to spam people, so they'll automatically dump my e-mail in your spam folder. :c Make sure you whitelist so that all future e-mails will appear in your inbox (and don't just click on "report not spam") <----it doesn't work that way. Please feel free to share/distribute. The deadline is September 18th at 7:30 EST
